1. About Our Services

Swastha360 provides clinical nutrition consultation and personalised diet planning services by Dr. Vidushi Sharma (MSc Clinical Nutrition). Our services include:

  • One-on-one nutrition consultations (online via WhatsApp/video)
  • Personalised Indian diet plan creation
  • Ongoing dietary support and plan adjustments
  • Free nutrition tools (BMI calculator, calorie calculator, health quizzes)
  • Educational blog content on nutrition and health

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

Our nutrition services are NOT a substitute for medical treatment.

  • We provide nutrition and dietary guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Always consult your doctor before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition
  • Our diet plans complement medical treatment — they do not replace it
  • In a medical emergency, contact your doctor or call 112 immediately
  • Free tools on our website (BMI calculator, quizzes) are for general information only and not medical diagnosis

3. Consultations and Diet Plans

  • The free 15-minute initial consultation is a brief assessment call — not a full consultation
  • Personalised diet plans are created based on information you provide; accuracy of information is your responsibility
  • Diet plans are created specifically for you and cannot be shared with or used by others
  • Results vary based on individual factors — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes
  • Plan adjustments are made based on your feedback and progress

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required in full before diet plan delivery
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, online payment
  • Refund policy: If you are not satisfied after receiving your first week plan, contact us within 7 days for a refund discussion. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refund after the plan has been used for more than 7 days or after plan adjustments have been made

5. Client Responsibilities

To get the best results from our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health information including medical conditions, medications, and allergies
  • Inform us of any significant health changes during the programme
  • Follow the plan as advised; results depend on adherence
  • Inform your treating doctor about dietary changes being made
  • Not share your personalised diet plan with others

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on swastha360.com (articles, diet plans, tools, graphics) is owned by Swastha360
  • Your personalised diet plan is for your personal use only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission
  • Sharing screenshots of diet plans on social media is acceptable if Swastha360 is credited

7. Limitation of Liability

Swastha360 and Dr. Vidushi Sharma shall not be liable for:

  • Any health outcomes resulting from not following the diet plan as advised
  • Adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or medications
  • Decisions made based on free tools or blog content on our website
  • Technical issues with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, payment gateways)

8. Communication

  • Primary communication channel: WhatsApp (+91 8447715863)
  • Response time: Within 24 hours on business days
  • Emergency health situations: Contact your doctor directly, not us
  • By booking a consultation, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages regarding your plan

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Consultation appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
  • No-shows without notice may forfeit the consultation slot
  • Programme cancellation requests must be made in writing via email

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
