Sugar (Diabetes) Mein Khana Rokna Nahi — Samajhna Hai

Sugar Mein Kya Khaye

Karela (Bitter Gourd) — Number 1

Karela mein ek compound hota hai jo insulin ki tarah kaam karta hai. 50ml karela juice khali pet subah — 3 mahine mein fasting sugar mein clearly difference aata hai.

Methi Dana

Raat ko bheego, subah khao. Blood sugar ko slow absorb karta hai. Meri diabetes clients ke liye non-negotiable hai.

Jamun ka beej sukha ke powder banao. 1/4 chaammach garam paani ke saath. Blood sugar control karne mein science-backed hai.

Dal Har Baar

Rajma, chana, moong, masoor — protein aur fiber dono. Blood sugar slowly badhte hain, jaldi nahi aate.

Cinnamon (Dalchini)

1/4 chaammach dalchini roz chai mein ya garam paani mein — insulin sensitivity improve karti hai.

Sabziyan Bheench Ke

Palak, lauki, tinda, tori, parwal, karela — yeh sab diabetes ke liye best hain. Plate mein sabse zyaada yahi hona chahiye.

Maida: Bread, biscuit, samosa, paratha (maida wala) — yeh tezi se blood sugar badhate hain. White rice zyada: Thodi matra mein theek hai lekin zyaada nahi. Dal ke saath khao. Fruit juice: Whole fruit better hai. Juice mein fiber nahi hota, sirf sugar. Aloo zyada: Thoda chalega — lekin daily zyada aloo nahi. Packaged snacks: Chips, biscuit, namkeen — sab harmful hain diabetes mein.

Subah 7 baje: Methi dana paani + 5 badam + 2 akhrot Breakfast 8 baje: 2 moong dal chilla + hari chutney 11 baje: 1 chota fal (guava sabse achha, ya nashpati) Dopahar 1-2 baje: 1-2 choti roti + 1 katora dal + 1 katora sabzi + salad + dahi Shaam 5 baje: Roasted chana ya cucumber Raat 7-8 baje: 1 roti + sabzi (chawal nahi — raat ko) Sone se pehle: Haldi wala doodh bina cheeni

Kuch Important Rules

Khane ke baad chalein: 15-20 minute ki walk har khane ke baad — blood sugar 30% tak kam hoti hai. Paani: Din mein 8-10 glass. Dehydration blood sugar badhata hai. Neend: 7-8 ghante zaroor. Neend kam hone se blood sugar control karna mushkil ho jaata hai.
