Selenium — Sabse Zaroori
Selenium thyroid hormone ko active form mein convert karta hai (T4 se T3). Iske bina thyroid ka ilaj adhoora hai.
Kahan milta hai: Brazil nuts (sirf 2 roz), ande ka pura hissa, sunflower seeds.
Iodine — Zaroori Hai Lekin Zyada Nahi
Iodine se thyroid hormone banta hai. Lekin zyada iodine nuksaan karta hai.
Kahan milta hai: Iodized namak (roz ka namak use karo), machli (rohu, katla), ande.
Zinc
Zinc ke bina TSH properly nahi banta.
Kahan milta hai: Rajma, moong dal, gehun ki roti, kaddu ke beej.
Thyroid Mein Kya Khana Chahiye
Ande: Roz 1-2 pure ande khao. Protein, selenium, iodine — teeno milte hain.
Dahi: Roz 1 katora. Gut health thyroid se judi hai.
Sarson ka tel: Thyroid ke liye achha cooking oil.
Haldi + kali mirch: Yeh combination inflammation kam karta hai.
Moong dal: Easily digestible protein. Thyroid patients ka best dal.
Lauki, tori, tinda: Easily digestible sabziyan. Pet par zyada load nahi.
Yeh goitrogen foods hain jo thyroid hormone production slow karte hain — LEKIN sirf kacchi halat mein. Pakane ke baad theek hai. Roz zyada kaccha mat khao.
Soya Products (Thyroid Ki Dawai Ke Saath)
Agar aap thyroid ki dawai lete hain (Eltroxin/Thyroxin) — dawai ke 4 ghante ke andar soya mat khao. Soya dawai absorb hone se rokti hai.
Trans fats thyroid inflammation badhate hain. Biscuit, chips, instant noodles — yeh sab band karo.
Ek Din Ka Thyroid Diet Chart
Subah: Garam paani + nimbu + 5 soaked badam
Breakfast: 2 ande ki bhurji + 2 multigrain roti
Bich mein: 1 chota fal (amrud, nashpati — kela nahi)
Dopahar: 2 roti + moong dal + sabzi + 1 katora dahi
Shaam: Kaddu ke beej ya roasted chana
Raat (7-8 baje): 1-2 roti + lauki ki sabzi + dal
IMPORTANT: Raat 9 baje ke baad kuch mat khao. Thyroid patients mein late dinner bahut nuksaandeh hai.

Diet change karne ke baad:
4-6 hafte: Thakaan aur energy thodi improve hogi
